Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary:

• email address (to send reminders)
• item name and warranty or replacement date
• technical logs, such as IP address and timestamp, to prevent abuse

Purposes

Data is used solely to send reminders and maintain the service. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

Processing is based on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Retention

Unconfirmed entries are deleted automatically after 30 days. Confirmed data is kept while the account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. Only technically necessary functionality, such as language preference, is stored on your device.

Your rights

Security

Data is stored in Google Cloud within the EU. We use encrypted traffic and access controls.
